• Birth Certificate

• Immunization Records –  2024-2025 NC Immunization Requirements

• Proof of residency (utility bill, lease, mortgage statement)

Registration for 1st – 5th Grades

•  If coming from another Cumberland County School you will need the last report card and withdrawal forms.

 If enrolling from an out of state you will need: birth certificate, immunization record, proof of residency, and the last report card, withdrawal documentation, or transcript from previous school.
